- Tax AI Pillar : Drive the development and implementation of AI solutions tailored to enhance tax services, improving accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. A Masters degree or MBA is preferred.

Experience :

- overall 18+ years of with minimum of 10 years of experience in AI project management, AI product management, technology consulting, or a related area within a professional services environment.

- Proven track record of leading large-scale, internal AI initiatives within Tax, Audit, or Advisory services from inception to successful implementation.

- Demonstrated expertise in managing AI products, including knowledge of AI agents and the latest AI technology stacks.

Certifications :

- Relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) and AI/ML technologies are advantageous.

- Certifications in AI product management (e.g., Certified AI Product Manager) are a plus.
