Job Title : Associate Manager DCS Application Support.

Location : Gurugram, Haryana.

Experience : 4-5 Years.

Employment Type : Full-time | On-site.

About The Role :

Seeking an experienced Associate Manager DCS Application Support to lead and manage Departure Control System (DCS) projects and integrations from end to end. This role is critical to ensuring smooth upgrades, system integrations, and operational reliability in alignment with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

- Assist, troubleshoot, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders during version upgrades.

- Manage induction of new functionalities and support change management certification processes.

- Define, analyse, and document DCS requirements and ensure execution as per stakeholder expectations.

- Independently manage DCS application integration projects.

- Coordinate with airport stakeholders, network providers, and internal airport services teams for

project implementation and issue resolution.

Required skills & Attributes :

- PSS (Navitaire) and DCS application expertise.

- Knowledge of APIS, APP, PNRGOV, and airline messaging systems (SITA/ARINC).

- Interline, Code Share, NDC; familiarity with IATCI and IATA concepts.

- Experience with Amadeus DCS (preferred).
