About the Role :

- We are looking for a highly experienced and hands-on Senior Product / UI/UX Designer who can lead design initiatives, mentor team members, and deliver impactful user-centric product experiences across web and mobile platforms.

- This role requires strong ownership, leadership capabilities, and the ability to collaborate closely with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end product design processes from research to final delivery

- Create intuitive, scalable, and user-centric experiences for web and mobile platforms

- Build, maintain, and scale design systems

- Mentor and guide junior designers, providing constructive feedback and elevating design quality

- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle

- Present design concepts and decisions clearly and persuasively to clients and leadership

- Ensure consistency, usability, and measurable impact in product outcomes

Mandatory Requirements :

Experience :

- 6+ years of professional experience in UI/UX or Product Design

- Minimum 2+ years of leadership and mentorship experience managing design teams

- Strong hands-on experience building scalable design systems for web and mobile

- Advanced proficiency in Figma

- Direct client/stakeholder-facing experience

5. Measurable business or product impact

Communication :

- Excellent communication and storytelling skills

- Ability to present complex design ideas clearly and confidently

Education :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Design (or related field)
