Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage SAP MMWM Greenfield, Conversion, and Migration projects, including conducting discovery workshops with customers to understand business needs and objectives.

- Take independent ownership of requirement gathering, documentation, end-to-end solution design, functional specifications, realization, and deployment activities.

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including business SMEs, architects, developers, and vendor consultants to analyze current processes and propose innovative enhancements.

- Configure Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes in SAP MMWM and demonstrate strong knowledge of testing methodologies, functional specifications (FS), and technical specifications (TS) preparation.

- Oversee master data management activities including master data loads and template uploads.

- Possess a deep understanding of Procure-to-Pay (PTP) processes, warehouse operations including putaway, picking, and internal warehouse process mapping.

- Manage RF (Radio Frequency) Menu Management processes and related configurations.

- Apply knowledge of conversion-related activities on the Materials Management (MM) side.

- Participate and lead training sessions, testing, and cutover activities during SAP implementation projects.

- Demonstrate strong familiarity with P2P processes in SAP S/4HANA and utilize respective standard Fiori applications to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills :

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or related discipline preferred.

- Approximately 12 years of hands-on experience in SAP Materials Management and Warehouse Management (MMWM).

- Proven track record of leading end-to-end SAP Greenfield, Conversion, and Migration projects.

- Strong business acumen and ability to conduct discovery workshops and requirement gathering independently.

- Expertise in P2P configuration, RF menu management, and warehouse process mapping.

- Hands-on experience with master data uploads and template management.

- Knowledge of testing, training, and cutover activities within SAP project lifecycle.

- Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA P2P processes and standard Fiori applications.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional and global teams effectively.
