Associate Hyperion Consultant

Description :

We are seeking an experienced Hyperion professional with strong expertise in Data Relationship Management (DRM) along with hands-on experience in Essbase or HFM.

The ideal candidate will also have exposure to cloud environments and Oracle applications, supporting critical finance and performance management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Work extensively on Hyperion DRM to manage, maintain, and optimize metadata and hierarchies.

- Support development, configuration, and maintenance of Hyperion Essbase or HFM applications.

- Collaborate with finance and business teams to understand requirements and translate them into efficient Hyperion solutions.

- Ensure smooth operations, performance tuning, and troubleshooting across Hyperion applications.

- Participate in cloud-related management activities and support integration with Oracle Cloud applications.

- Assist in system upgrades, patching, migration activities, and environment management.

- Prepare detailed technical documentation, functional specifications, and user guides.

- Ensure process compliance, data integrity, and adherence to best practices in application governance.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5- 7 years of hands-on experience working with Hyperion applications.

- Strong skills in DRM (Data Relationship Management).

- Experience with Essbase or HFM (at least one is mandatory).

- Working knowledge of cloud management and Oracle applications.

- Good understanding of metadata management, data integration, and financial consolidation processes.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
