Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Associate ETL Developer to join our clients technology team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Oracle PL/SQL, hands-on experience in ETL processes, and exposure to Informatica PowerCenter. This role requires working closely with business stakeholders, understanding requirements, and delivering efficient ETL solutions in the banking domain.

Mandatory Skills :

- Strong expertise in Oracle PL/SQL (procedures, functions, triggers, performance tuning).

- Solid understanding of ETL processes and data warehouse concepts.

Desired Skills :

- Exposure to Informatica PowerCenter or similar ETL tools.

- Banking / Financial Services domain knowledge.

- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Gather, understand, and analyze requirements from business and technical stakeholders.

- Own and manage the end-to-end delivery of ETL solutions, from requirement analysis to deployment.

- Design, develop, test, and implement ETL workflows and data integration processes.

- Ensure data accuracy, quality, and integrity across multiple systems.

- Optimize PL/SQL queries, stored procedures, and ETL workflows for performance and scalability.

- Collaborate with QA teams for unit and integration testing of ETL jobs.

- Prepare technical documentation, workflow diagrams, and handover notes.

- Provide production support for ETL jobs, ensuring timely resolution of issues.

- Work in an Agile environment and participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and reviews.

Experience Required :

- Minimum 6 years of IT experience, with at least 3- 4 years in ETL development.

- Strong hands-on knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL.

- Prior experience working in the Banking / Financial Services domain is highly preferred.

- Exposure to Informatica PowerCenter or other ETL tools is a plus.
