About You :

- Ideal candidates have a strong consulting mindset and have contributed to client-facing

- engagements in areas such as Enterprise Architecture, technology modernization, Tech strategy, Application portfolio rationalization etc.

- Exposure to industry frameworks of Enterprise Architecture e.g., TOGAF, DODAF would be a plus

- Familiarity with DevOps, API management, or platform engineering concepts

- Experience in digital transformation delivery, experience using specific project management tools in large IT transformations such as Microsoft Project, ServiceNow, LeanIX

- You'll help design and deploy scalable technology solutions, leverage advanced LLMs like ChatGPT, and implement autonomous agents to drive measurable business value

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure

What you will do?

- This role blends technical understanding with strategic thinking, supporting consulting teams and internal stakeholders in building scalable, efficient, and future-ready technology ecosystems.

- Support the design, development, and documentation of enterprise architecture frameworks, including application, data, and infrastructure layers

- Contribute to solution design and technology roadmaps for internal and client-facing systems

- Evaluate current-state architecture and propose target-state architectures, identifying gaps,

- dependencies, and transition strategies

- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure architecture aligns with business goals and technology standards

- Lead the development of architecture principles, design standards, and best practices

- Develop and maintain architecture documentation, including diagrams, system inventories, and decision logs

- Partner with consulting teams to provide architecture advisory support on client engagements and internal tools

- Work closely with data, engineering, and infrastructure teams to ensure end-to-end solution integrity

- Support internal enablement by creating templates, playbooks, and reference models for architecture assessments

- Research and assess emerging technologies, platforms, and integration models relevant to the firm's digital ecosystem.

- Deliver clear and professional presentations to the team/team leaders/managers

- Consistently seek and provide meaningful and actionable feedback in all interactions; recognize different skills and development needs in oneself and work towards it

- Work closely with team leads to build and deploy ET diagnostic tools and contribute actively to IP development

- Understand client needs and situations and adapt to case expectations

- Lead client/ case team calls and effectively communicate data, knowledge and insight to the entire team.

- Generate and screen realistic solutions based on sound reality checks and recommend actionable solutions
