Role Overview :

As Associate Director Data & AI Solutioning, you will work closely with the MD-APAC to lead solutioning for some of the most strategic global customers. Your charter is simple:

- Shape and lead Data & AI solutions

- Win new logos and large strategic deals

- Translate business problems into compelling solutions that deliver measurable outcomes

This role demands a top-tier consulting mindset combined with deep technical knowledge and hands-on solutioning skills.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own Solutioning Charter : Lead solution design across discovery, consulting, architecture, and proposal creation. Ensure solutions are scalable, commercially viable, and impactful.

- Client Advisory & Ideation : Run workshops and ideation sessions with CXOs, presenting actionable insights and shaping their transformation journeys.

- Business Growth & P&L Mindset : Support sales leadership in winning large deals. Develop business cases, ensure solution profitability, and contribute to topline growth.

- Thought Leadership & Content : Produce world-class presentations, reusable frameworks, and industry POVs.

- COE Contribution : Help build and scale StatusNeos Data & AI Center of Excellence (COE), mentoring teams and codifying best practices.

- Technology Engagement : Stay current on data platforms, GenAI, MLOps, and cloud-native architectures. Lead rapid prototyping and concept validation efforts.

What Success Looks Like in 12 Months :

- Youve co-led 34 major deal wins, directly contributing to significant revenue growth.

- You are the go-to person for CxO-facing solution workshops globally.

- You have created 23 reusable solution frameworks or accelerators that are now part of StatusNeos GTM playbook.

- Youve mentored junior solution consultants and strengthened the Data & AI COEs capabilities.
