We are seeking an Associate Director - Cybersecurity to strengthen the security posture of a global FMCG organization. This role demands a visionary leader who can balance risk, governance, and business transformation while enabling secure growth across geographies.

What Youll Lead :

- Define and execute enterprise-wide cybersecurity strategy & governance

- Lead global SOC operations, threat detection, incident response

- Integrate security into SAP, ERP, MDM, Cloud, and Digital platforms

- Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, GDPR, PCI-DSS, SOX

- Present cybersecurity maturity and risks at CXO & Board level

- Mentor and grow a high-performing global cybersecurity team

What Were Looking For :

- 18- 25 years of cybersecurity experience with 5+ years in leadership roles

- Deep expertise in Cloud Security, IAM, SOC/SIEM, ERP/SAP Security

- Experience in large-scale global enterprises (FMCG/Retail/BFSI preferred)

- Certifications : CISSP / CISM / CISA highly desirable

- Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders
