Associate Data Scientist-3-6 years- Gurgaon

Summary - We are looking for an Associate Data Scientist to work on data asset projects and analytics-based solutions. The role includes hands-on involvement in data cleaning, manipulation, NLP, model development, statistical analysis, and reporting while working with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities :

- Work on data asset and data science projects with ownership of deliverables.

- Use Python, SQL and related tools for data cleaning, manipulation, feature engineering, and reporting.

- Build ML and NLP models to support analytical and automation-driven use cases.

- Conduct data analysis to extract actionable insights.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams with strong communication and coordination.

- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of all assigned work.

- Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives.

- Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of all tasks.

Requirements :

- 3-6 years of hands-on experience in data science.

- Strong understanding of statistics, NLP, and ML fundamentals.

- Proficient in Python (NumPy, Pandas, NLTK, spaCy, Transformers), SQL and handling large datasets.

- Experience with data cleaning, manipulation, feature engineering, and end-to-end model development.

- Excellent communication and analytical thinking skills.

- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently.

- Strong writing, documentation, and presentation skills.

- Experience working in cross-functional teams.

- Knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, PPT, Word).

- Strong attention to detail and ownership mindset.
