Job Title : Analytics Solutions Manager Associate

Role Overview :

This is quite different from the other three roles. It is an Analytics Solutions Manager Associate position in Bengaluru, under Analytics Solutions & Delivery.

Core Responsibilities :

The role is essentially an analytics engineering / enterprise data-modelling position. The candidate is expected to build domain-oriented dimensional data models and semantic layers that support BI and self-service analytics. That includes defining facts, dimensions, entities, grains, KPIs and business definitions; translating stakeholder requirements into governed datasets; building SQL transformations; establishing data-quality controls and reconciliations; and optimising analytical models in Snowflake and/or Databricks.

Technical Requirements :

The technical requirements are substantial : advanced SQL, dimensional modelling, facts/dimensions, conformed dimensions, slowly changing dimensions, metric design, semantic layers, semi-structured data such as JSON, NoSQL concepts, Snowflake/Databricks and practical Python.

Experience and Preferred Skills :

- The experience requirement is either a Master's degree plus 3 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree plus 5 years.

- Preferred exposure includes :

1. Tableau, Sigma or Looker

2. Orchestration tools such as Airflow, Dagster or Azure Data Factory

3. Analytics-testing/documentation frameworks

4. Observability

5. Cloud/data-platform cost and performance optimisation
