What Were Looking For :
We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic AVP of Solutioning & Pre-Sales to play a critical role in driving product adoption and solving complex banking and fintech challenges.
You will be the key interface between prospective clients, internal teams, and our product platformresponsible for designing high-impact solutions that resonate with financial institutions and enterprise customers.
Required Experience & Skills :
- Payment systems (UPI, IMPS, NEFT, RTGS, card networks, etc.)
- Banking APIs (Account aggregation, payout, collections, reconciliation, KYC, and onboarding flows)
- Collections & reconciliation workflows, including NACH, e-mandates, and real-time settlement logic.
- Proven track record in articulating complex value propositions to CXOs, product owners, and technical teams.
- Background in working with or for core banking systems, neobanks, API banking platforms, or payment gateways is a strong advantage.
- Strategic thinker with an execution-first mindset and a structured approach to problem-solving.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate and influence in a cross-functional environment.
Your Responsibilities :
Your work will directly impact product adoption, merchant enablement, and innovation across banking partners.
Key Responsibilities :
Solution Design & Customization :
- Collaborate with clients to understand business use cases and craft API-driven product architectures.
- Translate technical and regulatory requirements into actionable and scalable solutions.
- Leverage our platform capabilities to create modular, re-usable solution frameworks for different customer segments (banks, NBFCs, large enterprises, aggregators).
- Lead technical and functional discovery sessions with CXOs, Heads of Product, Engineering, and Operations.
- Design and deliver demos, Proof of Concepts (PoCs), and pilot programs to drive product buy-in and validation.
- Develop solution collaterals, client-facing documentation, and success metrics dashboards.
- Spearhead the "Bank as a Merchant" initiative, working with banking partners to unlock direct merchant services, API access, and collections infrastructure.
- Design onboarding flows that reduce friction for merchants and partners, optimizing for KYC, document validation, and API integrations.
- Serve as a bridge between sales, product, engineering, and compliance to ensure seamless execution from pre-sales to implementation.
- Provide structured feedback to the product team based on market trends, customer pain points, and competitive analysis.
- Assist in building internal tools or dashboards to monitor client integration success and performance metrics post go-live.
- Stay abreast of regulatory changes (RBI guidelines, digital lending norms, etc.) and industry innovations (e.g., ONDC, AA, OCEN).
- Represent the organization in industry forums, client roundtables, and internal leadership meetings.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience in API documentation platforms (like Postman, Swagger), solutioning tools, or enterprise CRM systems (like Salesforce).
- Exposure to cloud-based architectures, microservices, and security protocols in fintech environments.
