Job Description:

To be a successful Customer Journey - Software Engineer - AVP, you should have experience with:

- Ability to design, build, test, and operate production services using technologies such as REACT, JavaScript / TypeScript, HTML, CSS, AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.

- Design web solution catering accessibility and responsive requirement.

- Component development using Node-based build tooling.

- Supporting end-to-end testing.

- Ability to use AI engineering tools to accelerate research, code understanding, prototyping, implementation, and documentation.

- Experience building production services, distributed systems, or shared platform capabilities.

- Experience working with APIs, RESTful services, integration contracts, and data or domain models.

- Experience with authentication, authorization, and identity management.

- DevOps Skillsets: Gitlab, Terraform, Ansible, Datadog, and Helm.

Highly Valued Skills:

- Lead the design, development and support of secure, scalable and high-performing applications.

- Define and implement engineering standards, patterns and development best practices.

- Drive adoption of modern CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, security controls and release automation.

- Guide architectural discussions and ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, secure, and aligned to engineering standards.

- Provide technical leadership across various technologies like PING ID, Java, JavaScript, API, Docker, Google Cloud and secure code engineering.

- Mentor and coach team on career development.

- Champion DevSecOps practices, observability, reliability engineering and operational excellence.

- Promote knowledge sharing through code reviews, technical discussions, pairing sessions, and documentation.
