About the Role :

We are looking for a seasoned Delivery Lead/Program Manager to drive large-scale Data Engineering and Cloud Platform programs.

The role involves managing complex enterprise ecosystems, leading teams, ensuring governance, and enabling innovation through data and AI.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale data engineering and cloud programs.

- Manage complex data ecosystems including data lakes, warehouses, and real-time analytics.

- Oversee solutions across AWS, Azure, and GCP with focus on optimization and cost-effectiveness.

- Collaborate with vendors for seamless integration and delivery.

- Guide and mentor teams, while engaging stakeholders with clear updates on progress, risks, and solutions.

Qualifications & Skills :

- Extensive experience in Data Engineering, Cloud, and AI program management.

- Proven track record managing large-scale ecosystems and enterprise data platforms.

- Hands-on expertise with Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery; knowledge of GenAI/Agentic AI is a plus.

- Strong program management skills with tools like JIRA, Trello, MS Project.

- Technical knowledge in SQL, NoSQL, Python, Spark/Kafka, DBT, etc.

- Excellent stakeholder management, risk management, and communication skills.
