We are seeking a young, hands-on, and technically adept Engineering Lead to spearhead the development and innovation of our eCommerce platform. This is a leadership role that combines strategic thinking with technical expertise to drive the platform's growth and operational excellence.

Job Description :

1. Technology Leadership :

- Define and execute the technology roadmap, aligning with business goals and customer needs.

- Drive innovation to enhance platform scalability, reliability, and performance.

2. Product Development :

- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of core platform features.

- Ensure seamless integration with third-party tools and services (e.g., payment gateways, analytics, and logistics systems).

3. Operations & Infrastructure :

- Ensure high availability, security, and compliance of all eCommerce systems.

- Lead efforts in DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure optimization.

4. Data & Analytics :

- Leverage data to drive decision-making and optimize user experience.

- Partner with data science teams to implement AI/ML for personalization and fraud detection.

5. Stakeholder Collaboration :

- Work closely with product, marketing, and sales teams to align technology initiatives with business objectives.

- Present technical strategies and updates to the executive leadership and board.

Qualification and experience :

Qualification :

- Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 10 to 14 years of engineering experience, with 5+ years in tech mentorship to the team

Requirements :

- Proven hands-on experience in managing technology and product roadmaps for consumer-focused brands and applications.
