Assistant Vice President - Embedded Systems

Role : Assistant Vice President Practice Lead (Embedded Systems).

Experience : 14+ Years.

Location : Bengaluru.

What Youll Do :

- Lead end-to-end embedded systems design & delivery.

- Drive innovation across AI, IoT, and engineering processes.

- Own architecture, solutioning, and technical decision-making.

- Ensure high-quality development, testing & validation standards.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless execution.

- Mentor teams and build strong engineering capabilities.

What Were Looking For :

- Strong experience in Embedded Systems (C/C++, RTOS, Linux).

- Expertise in microcontrollers & protocols (CAN, SPI, I2C, UART).

- Exposure to FPGA, system design, and test automation.

- Experience in IoT, GenAI, or cybersecurity (preferred).

- Proven leadership in delivering complex programs (concept ? production).
