Hiring :

Assistant Vice President Practice Lead (Embedded Systems). Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore. Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO). Were seeking a senior engineering leader to drive embedded systems strategy, solutioning, and delivery across complex programs. This role involves working closely with clients, engineering teams, and innovation groups to build scalable, intelligent, and secure embedded solutions.

What Youll Bring :

- Deep expertise in embedded systems design, architecture, and development.

- Strong programming skills in C/C++, with hands-on experience in Linux and Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS).

- Experience working with microcontrollers, FPGA, and communication protocols (CAN, SPI, I2C, UART).

- Exposure to IoT-based system development and Gen AI integration in engineering workflows.

- Understanding of cybersecurity controls for embedded platforms.

- Familiarity with Agile delivery and end-to-end product lifecycle execution.

- Ability to lead discussions with clients, business stakeholders, and engineering teams.

- Strong communication and presentation skills; currently working in a consulting / advisory setup is a plus.

What Youll Bring (Required Skills & Experience) :

- Deep expertise in embedded systems design, architecture, and development.

- Strong hands-on programming experience in C/C++.

- Expertise with Linux, Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS), and firmware-level development.

- Experience working with microcontrollers, FPGAs, and communication protocols such as CAN, SPI, I2C, UART.

- Exposure to IoT-based system development, cloud-connected devices, and emerging GenAI integrations within engineering workflows.

- Strong understanding of cybersecurity controls and secure coding for embedded platforms.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and complete product lifecycle management.

- Proven ability to lead discussions with customers, product teams, and senior engineering stakeholders.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience in a consulting or advisory environment is a strong advantage.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Masters degree in Electronics, Embedded Systems, Computer Engineering, or related field.

- Experience managing multi-site engineering teams and large technology transformation programs.

- Background in automotive, industrial IoT, medical devices, or consumer electronics.
