Role & Responsibilities:

- Lead analytics initiatives and manage a team of analysts/data scientists.

- Develop data-driven solutions using Python and advanced SQL.

- Partner with business stakeholders across banking functions to identify opportunities and drive business growth.

- Translate business problems into analytical solutions and actionable insights.

- Manage multiple analytics projects, mentor teams, and drive delivery excellence.

- Present analytical findings and recommendations to senior leadership.

Key Requirement: 7+ years of experience in Analytics with strong Python + SQL and Banking/Financial Services domain expertise, along with proven team leadership and stakeholder management experience.
