Assistant Vice President - Agentic AI

About the Role :

We are looking for an accomplished leader to drive Agentic AI adoption and enterprise business transformation.

The role requires blending AI/ML expertise with consulting and transformation leadership to deliver large-scale impact across industries.

Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end Agentic AI strategy, design, and execution.

- Drive business transformation programs powered by AI copilots, autonomous agents, and orchestration frameworks.

- Partner with CXOs and senior stakeholders to embed AI in enterprise operating models.

- Mentor and grow high-performing teams in AI/ML and digital transformation.

- Champion responsible AI governance, ethics, and compliance.

Qualifications :

- 19+ years of experience in AI/ML, automation, and business transformation, with strong leadership credentials.

- Expertise in LLMs, agent frameworks (LangChain, AutoGPT, etc.), RAG, workflow automation, and cloud ecosystems.

- Proven success in scaling enterprise AI solutions with measurable ROI.

- Strong client advisory, stakeholder management, and global delivery experience.
