In this role, we are seeking a dynamic and skilled Assistant Manager with over three years of experience to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python programming, machine learning, and gen AI.

Responsibilities :
- Project Management : Manage projects related to machine learning and gen AI, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- Technical Expertise : Utilize Python programming skills to develop, test, and deploy machine learning models and gen AI applications.
- Innovation and Strategy : Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging gen AI technologies to enhance business processes and outcomes.
- Team Collaboration : Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and other team members to ensure seamless integration of AI solutions into existing systems.
- Performance Monitoring : Implement metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of AI models and make necessary adjustments to improve performance.
- Training and Development : Mentor junior team members on machine learning techniques and gen AI advancements.
Minimum Qualifications :
- Minimum of three years of experience in Python programming, machine learning, and gen AI.
- Proven track record of managing projects and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating leadership qualities.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills :
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure for deploying AI solutions.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Knowledge of deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
