Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient Assistant Manager - IT with 78 years of total work experience, specializing in the Microsoft 365 (M365) and Azure ecosystem. Based in Gurgaon, this role requires expertise as an M365 Suite E3 and E5 Global Administrator, focusing heavily on security, identity management, and advanced features like Entra ID, Conditional Access, and MS Defender Suite. The candidate will be responsible for managing and securing the M365 environment while supporting critical ancillary systems like MacBook management and MDM.

Key Responsibilities :

M365 and Identity Administration :

- Serve as the M365 Suite E3 and E5 Global Administrator, managing the entire cloud and hybrid environment.

- Maintain strong technical knowledge of Microsoft Exchange, Identity, Security, and Entra ID (Azure AD) Admin Center for day-to-day operations and governance.

- Implement and manage complex Azure AD and Multi-tenant B2B federations to support organizational collaboration.

- Configure and enforce security policies using Intune (Endpoint Manager) and Conditional Access rules.

Security and Compliance :

- Manage and maintain the MS Defender Suite, ensuring robust endpoint protection and threat detection.

- Proactively manage and enhance the overall Security posture management of the organization's cloud infrastructure.

Application and Access Management :

- Lead the process for Application onboarding, ensuring secure and efficient implementation of SSO/SAML authentication protocols.

- Provide technical support for Identity Access Management (IDAM) solutions.

Core IT Operations (Foundational Knowledge) :

- Support MacBook management processes, including Patching, Deployment, and Operations.

- Maintain foundational knowledge and support for MDM (Mobile Device Management) platforms, specifically JAMF Pro for MacBook environments.

- Manage and support Inventory management Applications (e.g., Sapphire IMS).

Qualifications :

Experience : 78 Years of total work experience in IT administration or engineering.

Core Expertise : Mandatory experience as an M365 Suite E3 and E5 Global Administrator.

Microsoft Cloud : Deep, working knowledge of Microsoft Exchange, Entra ID (Azure AD), Conditional Access, and Intune.

Security : Strong experience with the MS Defender Suite and managing organizational security posture.

Identity & Access : Proven experience in configuring SSO/SAML integrations and managing Azure AD and Multi-tenant B2B federations.

Preferred Skills :

- Hands-on experience with JAMF Pro administration for macOS/MacBook environments.

- Certification in Microsoft 365 Administration (e.g., MS-100, MS-101, MS-500).

- Experience administering IT Inventory management Applications (e.g., Sapphire IMS).

- Background in supporting enterprise-level MacBook lifecycle management.
