Assistant Deputy Manager - Data Privacy & Trust

Description :

As part of our Cyber Team, youll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations :

- Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) based on DPDPA, GDPR and international privacy laws.

- Develop and maintain data maps and inventories to ensure compliance with privacy regulations.

- Monitor compliance with privacy standards and assist in delivering training programs.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate privacy requirements and best practices.

- Exposure to Implementing and maintain privacy-enhancing technologies, including data masking, encryption, and anonymization.

- Maintain and update Records of Processing Activities (RoPA) as part of client advisory engagements.

- IAPP, ISACA certifications on Data privacy are a plus.

Desired qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in law, LLB, LLM, BTech, MTech, MCA,.

- CIPT/CIPM/CIPPE/ CDPSE/OneTrust/ ISO 27001/ISO 42001/ISO 27701 certifications preferred.

- Minimum of 3 to 8 years of experience in data protection or privacy compliance.

- In-depth knowledge of data protection laws and regulations, particularly the Personal Data Protection Bill in India.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Location and way of working :

- Base location : Coimbatore;

- This role requires 5 days working from office.
