AssetPlus is a fintech platform that offers seamless investment solutions. We provide a range of services to financial advisors and distributors, empowering them to manage their clients' portfolios. Our platform facilitates investments in mutual funds, insurance, and other financial products, with tools for tracking and reporting performance.

About the role :

We are seeking a Technical Operations Specialist to take ownership of managing and optimizing internal tools and processes that drive our day-to-day operations.

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze workflows, identify areas for improvement, and develop custom solutions.

Using platforms like Appsmith and other low-code tools, you will build and maintain dashboards, ticketing systems, and automation tools to streamline processes and enhance productivity.

Location : Chennai(Work from Office).

Key Responsibilities :

- Workflow Analysis : Collaborate with various teams to understand their day-to-day activities and identify inefficiencies or manual, repetitive tasks.

- Solution Design : Design, develop, and implement tech tools or systems to optimize internal processes (e.g., replacing manual Excel workflows with automated solutions).

- Tool Development : Build and maintain internal dashboards, ticketing systems, and other custom tools using platforms like Appsmith or similar frameworks.

- Monitoring & Iteration : Continuously monitor the performance of implemented tools and gather feedback to enhance functionality.

- Training & Support : Provide training and support to teams to ensure the successful adoption of tools and best practices.

Qualifications :

- Proven experience in building and maintaining internal tools, dashboards, or automation solutions.

- Proficiency in low-code platforms (e.g., Appsmith, Retool), scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript), or database management (e.g., SQL).

- Strong communication skills to collaborate with non-technical teams and present solutions effectively.

- Experience in building Full stack applications.
