Key Responsibilities :

- System Design & Architecture : Lead the design and architecture of scalable, high-performance applications and core platform features.

- Code Development : Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code primarily using NodeJS, TypeScript, and ReactJS.

- Code Reviews & Mentorship : Review code to ensure quality and provide mentorship to junior developers.

- Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and QA engineers to deliver features on time.

- System Optimization : Monitor and optimize the performance of applications, databases, and integrations for improved scalability.

- Documentation : Maintain comprehensive technical documentation to support development and onboarding.

- Feature Ownership : Take full ownership of product features from ideation to deployment and post-launch maintenance.

Basic Qualifications :

- At least 2-3 years of experience with JavaScript, React, or NodeJS.

- Good System Design skills.

- Strong English communication and presentation skills.

- Proficiency in math is a must, given our focus on financial technology.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience working on a product with at least 10,000 users.

- Experience with MongoDB and Flutter is a plus
