Job description :

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant / Business Analyst with strong expertise in Cost Management and Subledger Accounting. The ideal candidate will support end-to-end Oracle Fusion Supply Chain implementations, collaborate with finance & operations teams, and drive process improvements across SCM functions.

Role & responsibilities :

Functional Consultant Responsibilities :

- Support Oracle Fusion Supply Chain implementations with a primary focus on Cost Management.

- Configure and maintain Oracle Costing modules, including Cost Management and Subledger Accounting (SLA).

- Work closely with finance and supply chain teams to ensure accurate cost accounting and financial reporting.

- Provide functional support across Fusion SCM modules : Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, Manufacturing.

- Conduct user training, prepare UAT scenarios, and support User Acceptance Testing.

- Apply understanding of financial concepts impacting cost and accounting flows.

Preferred candidate profile :

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Applications.

- At least 2 years in Oracle Fusion SCM, specifically in Cost Management.

- Strong expertise in Oracle Costing, Subledger Accounting (SLA), and financial impact analysis.

- Proven experience in business analysis requirement gathering, documentation, testing, and stakeholder communication.

- Hands-on experience with Fusion SCM modules (Inventory, Purchasing, OM, Manufacturing).

- Proficiency in test script creation and execution.

- Experience using Oracle Support for SR logging and issue resolution.

- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to collaborate across cross-functional business and technical teams.

Good to Have :

- Exposure to Fusion Finance (GL, AP, AR).

- Knowledge of costing flows in manufacturing environments.

- Experience in EBS Costing before transitioning to Fusion.
