Project Execution :

- Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, resources, and risks.

- Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively, ensuring the right skills are assigned to the right tasks.

- Task Management: Oversee and track project tasks, ensuring they are completed on schedule and within budget.

- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.

- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients and internal teams, providing progress updates, milestone tracking, and managing expectations.

- Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards, security requirements, and customer expectations.

- Issue Resolution: Address issues or conflicts during execution, providing quick and effective solutions to keep the project on track.

- Change Management: Manage scope, schedule, and budget changes while assessing impacts and obtaining stakeholder approvals.

Technical Skills :

Hands-on experience with MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).

- Cloud Platforms

AWS, Azure, or GCP for scalable and secure deployments.

- API Development & Integration RESTful and GraphQL APIs.

- Database Design & Optimization SQL and NoSQL databases.

- Mobile Application Development Familiarity with React Native or Flutter.

- Security Best Practices Implement authentication, authorization, encryption, and secure coding standards.

- DevOps Practices CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Project Management Skills :

- Expertise in project planning, scheduling, tracking, and budgeting.

- Strong leadership skills with experience in team and workload management.

- Client communication, requirement gathering, and expectation management.

- Mastery of Agile and Scrum methodologies with sprint planning and retrospectives.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Qualifications :

- 815 years of project management experience in enterprise web and mobile application delivery.

- PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification is an added advantage
