Role : Server & Storage Support Engineer

Location : Mumbai

Experience : 1 to 3 Years in Server Hardware, Storage Support, or Data Center Operations

Eligibility : Graduates in IT, Computer Science, or related technical fields

What Youll Be Doing :

Server & Hardware Support :

- Perform hardware replacement such as HDD/SSD, RAM, PSU, FAN modules, NIC, and HBA.

- Conduct daily and weekly health checks for servers and storage systems.

- Troubleshoot hardware alerts and performance-related issues.

Storage & SAN Operations :

- Perform basic storage configuration tasks.

- Carry out SAN zoning activities and perform port status checks.

- Work with enterprise storage platforms like HPE MSA, NetApp FAS, and Dell EMC arrays.

OEM & Incident Management :

- Coordinate with OEM support teams for part replacements, RMA processing, and technical escalations.

- Maintain inventory records for spares and manage incident tickets.

- Support onsite activities during scheduled or critical requirements.

Requirements :

- Basic understanding of server hardware platforms like HPE, Dell, IBM, and Lenovo.

- Knowledge of RAID configurations and component-level replacement.

- Hands-on experience with server diagnostics and remote console tools (iLO / iDRAC / IMM).

- Basic knowledge of SAN switches, cable tracing, and port status checks.

- Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with L2/L3 support teams.
