About the Role :

Responsibilities :

- Design and execute automation tests using Python and Pytest framework to validate software functionality.

- Lead API testing initiatives to ensure seamless integration and functionality of backend

services.

- Utilize Selenium for web application testing to identify and address potential issues.

- Conduct mobile testing using Appium to enhance product performance on diverse platforms.

- Define and establish test architecture guidelines and best practices for the team to follow.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with Agile testing

methodologies.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members to enhance overall testing capabilities.

- Continuously evaluate and implement new tools and technologies to optimize testing processes.

Qualifications :

- Proven experience of 10-15 years in software testing with expertise in Python, Pytest

framework, Selenium, API testing, and Appium.

- Strong knowledge of test architecture design and implementation.

- Hands-on experience working in Agile environments and implementing Agile testing practices.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

- Certification in testing tools and methodologies would be a plus.

Required Skills :

- Expertise in Python and Pytest framework.

- Strong understanding of API testing.

- Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
