Job Title: QE Architect AI & Agentic AI

Location: Bangalore (Onsite 5 Days Work From Office)

Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary QE Architect AI & Agentic AI to lead the evolution of traditional Quality Engineering into intelligent, autonomous, and self-healing quality ecosystems. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in AI-driven Quality Engineering, Agentic AI frameworks, and modern test automation practices.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing next-generation quality engineering strategies powered by Generative AI, autonomous agents, predictive analytics, and intelligent automation. You will play a key role in improving product quality, accelerating release cycles, and enhancing overall testing efficiency across web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the end-to-end Quality Engineering and software testing architecture for web and mobile applications.

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks using Pytest and Appium.

- Drive the adoption of AI-powered testing solutions, autonomous testing workflows, and self-healing automation frameworks.

- Architect and implement Agentic AI solutions to optimize test planning, execution, defect analysis, and reporting.

- Integrate automation frameworks into CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and GitLab CI.

- Develop strategies for test data management, service virtualization, mocking, and performance testing.

- Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and DevOps teams to establish quality best practices and standards.

- Mentor and guide QA engineers and automation teams on modern testing methodologies and AI-driven quality practices.

- Leverage predictive analytics and intelligent insights to improve test coverage, defect prevention, and release confidence.

Required Qualifications:

- 1015 years of experience in Quality Engineering and Test Automation, with at least 8+ years in a Test Architect, QE Architect, or similar leadership role.

- Strong hands-on expertise in Python, Pytest, and Appium (iOS and Android).

- Proficiency in Python and/or Java for automation framework development and AI-enabled testing solutions.

- Experience building and implementing Agentic AI applications and autonomous testing workflows.

- Proven expertise in integrating automated testing solutions into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.

- Strong experience in API testing using tools and frameworks such as Requests, Postman, and RestAssured.

- Knowledge of service virtualization, test data management, mocking, and performance testing methodologies.

- Strong understanding of modern software development lifecycles, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, leadership, and mentoring skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI-assisted testing platforms.

- Familiarity with self-healing automation frameworks and intelligent test orchestration.

- Knowledge of cloud platforms and scalable test infrastructure.

- Exposure to predictive quality analytics and AI-driven defect management.
