We are seeking an experienced Delivery/Program Manager with a strong technical background and proven expertise in managing large-scale technology programs.

The ideal candidate would have started their career as a Developer and progressed through roles such as Team Lead, Delivery Manager, or Delivery Head, bringing both technical depth and leadership capabilities.

Availability to Join : Immediate to 30days.

Location : Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities :

- Drive end-to-end program management across multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership to align technology initiatives with business objectives.

- Provide technical oversight and guidance, leveraging prior hands-on development and delivery experience.

- Manage program risks, budgets, and resources while ensuring operational efficiency.

- Mentor and guide delivery teams, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

Requirements :

- 15+ years of IT industry experience with progressive growth from technical roles (Developer, Team Lead, Delivery Manager, Delivery Head) into program management.

- Strong technical foundation with ability to engage in solution discussions.

- Demonstrated success in managing large and complex programs across multiple stakeholders.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- MBA/Management degree is a plus, but candidates must have a strong technical background.
