Job Title : ServiceNow Administrator.

Location : Chennai (Hybrid).

Experience Required : 4 to 10 Years.

Shift Timing : 2 : 00 PM 11 : 00 PM IST.

Notice Period : Immediate-15days Only.

Job Description :

The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business requirements and ITIL best practices.

Roles & Responsibilities :

1. Configuration & Customization :

- Configure and customize ServiceNow modules based on business needs.

- Develop workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts.

2. System Administration :

- Handle user management, access control, and data maintenance.

- Monitor platform performance and resolve system issues proactively.

3. Integration Management :

- Implement and manage integrations with third-party applications.

- Work with development teams for seamless data flow across systems.

4. ITOM Configuration & Development :

- Manage development, testing, implementation of CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.

- Design technical solutions across ServiceNow ITOM and ITSM modules.

5. Upgrades & Patch Management :

- Coordinate with technical teams to plan and execute platform upgrades.

- Manage patching cycles and ensure version compliance.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in IT / Computer Science / related field.

- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Administrator.

- Strong knowledge of ITOM ITSM and ITIL frameworks.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills :

- ServiceNow administration & development.

- ITOM & ITSM module expertise.

- Hands-on scripting (JavaScript).

- Integration with third-party tools.

- Strong analytical and troubleshooting ability
