Mandatory :

- Hands-on development and deployment experience with the ServiceNow platform.

Expertise in implementing :

- Data loads.

- Inbound/outbound API integrations.

- Catalog items and workflows.

- Proven ITSM module implementation: Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Asset.

- Strong coding skills in JavaScript (readable, standards-compliant, extensible).

- Ability to create AngularJS widgets for Service Portal.

Proficiency in :

- UI Policies.

- UI Actions.

- Workflows.

- Business Rules.

- Client Scripts.

- Experience in training users and analyzing new ServiceNow functionality requests.

- Third-party integrations using web services, SOAP, email, MID servers, etc.

- Familiarity with ServiceNow service-management suite.

- Perform coding, testing, implementation, maintenance, and support of application changes.

- Deliver consulting services across all ServiceNow modules in clients release plan.

- Conduct technical analysis on ServiceNow applications/modules.

- Identify deficiencies/improvement opportunities and recommend solutions.

- Ensure smooth upgrades to the latest ServiceNow releases.
