About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to lead enterprise-scale Java-based projects and drive high-performance delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Java technologies, a deep understanding of Agile delivery practices, and a proven track record of managing distributed teams while ensuring top-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end delivery of Java projects, including both development and support phases

- Manage cross-functional Agile teams comprising Java Developers, QA Engineers, and DevOps professionals

- Ensure on-time, secure, and high-quality delivery of solutions adhering to SLAs

- Drive continuous process improvements and optimize delivery practices

- Engage directly with clients and stakeholders to manage expectations, resolve escalations, and report on delivery KPIs

- Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure proper solution architecture and infrastructure implementation

Required Skills & Experience :

- 14+ years of overall IT experience, with at least 5 years in delivery or program management roles

Strong expertise in :

- Java / J2EE

- Spring Boot

- REST APIs & Microservices Architecture

- Agile / Scrum Delivery Framework

- Service Delivery Management & Team Leadership

- Client & Stakeholder Management

- Experience working with Cloud platforms : AWS, Azure, or GCP

- Hands-on experience with DevOps tools : Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes

- Excellent understanding of SLAs and performance metrics

Bonus / Preferred Qualifications :

- Certifications such as PMP, CSM, or SAFe

- Knowledge or hands-on experience in AI technologies

- Industry experience in BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, or Telecom sectors
