Position : Data Analyst / Reporting Specialist

Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst / Reporting Specialist with strong expertise in SQL, database management, and reporting tools. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of handling complex data analysis, generating actionable insights, and creating clear technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities :

- Write advanced SQL queries involving complex joins, aggregations, and data analysis functions to extract meaningful insights from large datasets.

- Work extensively with Oracle databases for data analysis, extraction, and reporting purposes.

- Design, develop, and maintain reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), Excel, or other similar reporting tools.

- Perform detailed data analysis and present findings to support business decisions.

- Prepare comprehensive technical documentation to ensure clarity of processes, queries, and reports.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver accurate, timely insights.

Required Skills & Experience :

- SQL Proficiency : Advanced experience in writing complex SQL queries, handling multiple joins, subqueries, and analytical functions.

- Database Knowledge : Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience working with Oracle databases, focusing on data extraction, analysis, and report generation.

- Data Analysis Tools : Strong proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables) and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) or equivalent reporting tools.

- Documentation : Strong technical writing skills with the ability to create detailed and clear documentation of processes, data models, and reports.
