What You'll Do :


- Design and Build: Architect, develop, and maintain resilient full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, and modern cloud technologies.

- Collaborate: Work closely with product owners, designers, and business stakeholders to transform complex requirements into elegant technical solutions.

- Deploy and Manage: Own the deployment lifecycle within our sophisticated AWS and Kubernetes ecosystem, championing best practices in containerization.

- Optimize: Drive code quality, implement benchmarking, and lead performance optimization efforts across the entire application stack.

What You Bring :


- 7+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Development.

- Expert-level proficiency in Java and extensive hands-on experience with Spring Boot.

- Proven, hands-on experience with AWS, Kubernetes, and containerization (Docker).

- Solid experience with relational databases like Oracle DB and advanced SQL skills.

- A collaborative spirit with the ability to translate business needs into technical specifications.

- Recent core banking experience is a must.

Bonus Points :


- Hands-on experience with modern UI development using React.js.

- Familiarity with state management libraries like Redux.

- A keen understanding of UX principles.

Logistics :

- Location : Mumbai or Bangalore.

- Work Model : 5 Days a Week, Work from Office.
