Ascendion - Dynamics Tester - Software Quality Assurance

Key Responsibilities :

- Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing to validate business workflows, data integrity, and system performance.

- Identify, document, and manage defects, working closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, and project managers to understand requirements and ensure compliance with industry standards.

- Ensure that all Dynamics customizations and integrations conform to business and technical requirements, especially in the healthcare domain.

- Maintain test documentation and provide clear reporting on test progress, results, and risks.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Strong understanding of the U.S. healthcare domain and relevant regulations.

- Expertise in test planning, test case design, execution, and defect management.

- Hands-on experience in validating complex integrations, customizations, and workflows

within Dynamics applications.

- Proficient in working with tools like Azure DevOps, JIRA, HP ALM, or similar test management

tools.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
