Job Summary :

Role Purpose :

Own the technical direction, solution integrity, and day-to-day engineering leadership for ongoing client projects in the Generative AI space.

The architect guides cross-functional squads from design through production, ensuring scalable, maintainable, and compliant solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Solution Architecture :

- Design end-to-end architecture covering React-TypeScript front-ends, FastAPI micro-services, Python business logic, Azure data layers, and OpenAI API integration.

- Define interface contracts, event flows, observability standards, and non-functional requirements (quality, security, data residency, performance).

Generative AI :

- Establish prompt / response validation, abuse mitigation, and PII safeguards for GPT-4o-class models.

- Benchmark chat completion and Responses API, embedding models and vector index strategies; tune retrieval pipelines for factual accuracy.

Technical Leadership :

- Convert epics to WBS, map to Jira boards, and drive backlog refinement with BAs.

- Provide hands-on code reviews across UI, API, and data layers; resolve system-wide blockers.

Delivery Management :

- Align sprint goals with contractual milestones, working with Program Director;.

- Coordinate SIT/UAT, oversee automated regression with Pytest, Jest / Playwright, and CI/CD pipelines.

Stakeholder Engagement :

- Present solution trade-offs to client architects and execs; adjudicate scope vs. risk.

- Mentor 10-15 engineers; run architecture guilds and knowledge-sharing sessions.

Minimum Qualifications :

- 12+ years designing and shipping full-stack SaaS or data platforms, with 5 + years in architectural leadership.

- Proven production use of LLM-powered features (e.g., RAG, multi-agent orchestration).

- Deep expertise in React, TypeScript, FastAPI, Python 3.11+, asynchronous patterns, and REST/GraphQL.

- Hands-on with Azure PaaS (Blob, Functions, ADF, ACR, AKS) and IaC (Bicep/Terraform).

- Strong grasp of test automationPytest, Jest, Selenium / Playwrightand quality gates.

- Familiarity with data modeling, SQL/NoSQL (Azure SQL, Cosmos DB), vector stores, and Delta Lake.

- Demonstrated ability to lead distributed teams and interface with C-level stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Prior work on financial-services analytics or regulatory environments.

- Experience hardening Azure OpenAI deployments for enterprise use.

- Exposure to Observability stacks (OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana) and threat modelling.
