Role : Oracle HCM Time & Labor Consultant

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Handle time entry, approvals, absences, and schedules, including system integrations.

- Prepare functional specs, configuration workbooks, and test scripts.

- Manage time entry processes, approvals, absences, schedules, and ensure seamless integration with other HR and payroll systems.

- Prepare detailed functional specifications, configuration workbooks, and comprehensive test scripts.

- Lead and execute Conference Room Pilots (CRP) and System Integration Testing (SIT) with accurate documentation.

- Collaborate closely with technical teams to develop and support flexfields (FFs), reports, and interfaces.

- Execute CRP, SIT with proper documentation.

- Collaborate with technical teams for FFs, reports, and interfaces.

- Conduct UAT with clients and ensure timely defect resolution.
