Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Microsoft Power apps engineer (Microsoft Dynamics 365)
Dynamics CRM Engineer with a minimum of 8 years of comprehensive technical experience in Dynamics CRM. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proven track record of identifying and recommending effective solutions to various challenges.
Key Responsibilities :
- UCI experiences/capabilities Customization
- Client API Reference and apply JS customizations to forms.
- Security roles, Business units, and Teams
- Good understanding of JSON based data.
- PCF Controls
- Plugins, Custom Actions, and Custom APIs
- Dynamics Web API
- Solution Management managing components across solution, deploying managed solutions.
- Familiarity with Source Code Management practices
- Performance and Telemetry Monitoring using Azure Application Insights Band.
- Develop and customize Model-Driven Apps within the Microsoft Power Platform
- Leverage Unified Client Interface (UCI) capabilities for optimized user experiences
- Customize forms using Client API, including JavaScript customizations
- Manage Security Roles, Business Units, and Teams within Dynamics 365 CE
- Work with and manipulate JSON-based data structures
- Design and implement PCF (PowerApps Component Framework) Controls
- Develop and maintain Plugins, Custom Actions, and Custom APIs
- Integrate using Dynamics Web API for external system connectivity
Must Have : Omnichannel for Customer Service and Azure Communication Services.
Good to have : Experience in Case Management.
