Key Responsibilities :

IBM Cloud & OpenShift Platform :

- Design, deploy, and manage workloads on IBM Cloud VPC & ROKS.

- Perform cluster upgrades, patching, and namespace isolation.

- Automate infrastructure using Terraform, Schematics, and Ansible.

- Troubleshoot cluster and networking issues.

Security & Compliance :

- Implement security policies : ACLs, SGs, VPNs, IAM, encryption.

- Integrate with IAM solutions (LDAP, AD, IBM Verify).

- Enforce security in CI/CD with tools like Nessus, Mend SAST, ZAP DAST.

- Support audits and compliance (ISO, PCI-DSS, SOC2).

DevOps & Toolchain :

- Build DevSecOps pipelines (GitHub, Jenkins, Tekton).

- Manage code integration, testing, deployment, and artifacts.

- Support secrets management and container registries.

Collaboration & Documentation :

- Work with cross-functional teams to meet business goals.

- Maintain documentation for cloud environments and processes.

- Provide training and knowledge transfer to internal teams.
