Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning Engineer - Generative AI

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, working hands-on with Python and modern AI frameworks, and delivering high-impact products in a fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Build and deploy ML/NLP/LLM/Generative-AI models and solutions.

- Develop data pipelines, feature engineering workflows and training/validation processes.

- Implement end-to-end AI product components using Python, FastAPI, Docker, CI/CD, AWS.

- Work with agentic frameworks, vector databases, embeddings, RAG, and hybrid search.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Ensure scalability, performance and quality across the AI/ML lifecycle.

- Mentor junior engineers and support technical decision-making.

What You Bring :

- Hands-on experience with NLP, NLU, LLMs, prompt engineering, Generative AI.

- Experience with containerization, CI/CD pipelines, model deployment and cloud (AWS preferred).

- Understanding of LoRA/PEFT, embeddings, vector databases, RAG pipelines, multi-agent systems.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in an Agile environment.
