- Lead end-to-end R&D projects in AI/ML, with a focus on multimodal interaction, emotion AI, and conversational systems.

- Architect and develop AI-powered companions using NLP, ASR (Automatic Speech Recognition), TTS (Text-to-Speech), and intent recognition.

- Build prototypes and scalable systems for context-aware, emotion-aware, and real-time user interaction.

- Work on speech understanding, natural language generation, and dialogue management systems.

- Integrate cloud-edge deployment, privacy-aware design, and low-latency streaming models.

- Collaborate with product teams and designers to translate user needs into intelligent solutions.

- Keep up-to-date with cutting-edge AI/ML technologies and evaluate them for internal adoption.

- Contribute to research papers, patents, or whitepapers (if applicable).

Skill set :

- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML/NLP, preferably in voice assistant, emotion AI, or conversational AI domains.

- Strong expertise in :

1. Deep Learning (TensorFlow, PyTorch)

2. NLP/NLU/NLG frameworks (spaCy, HuggingFace Transformers, Rasa, etc.)

3. Speech Technologies (ASR : DeepSpeech, Whisper; TTS : Tacotron, FastSpeech)

4. Knowledge Graphs, Context Modelling, Personalization

- Solid programming skills in Python, C++, or JavaScript.

- Experience designing and deploying models on cloud & edge (AWS/GCP/Azure + NVIDIA Jetson/Smartphones).

- Proven experience working in R&D settings or academic-industry collaborative projects.

- Familiarity with real-time systems, low-latency architectures, and on-device optimization.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Experience with human-AI interaction, affective computing, or multimodal systems is a strong plus.

- A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is typically required, while a master's degree or relevant certifications may be preferred.
