Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning Leader

About the Role :

We are looking for a hands-on AI/ML Leader who will drive the intelligence layer of our AI Workforce platform. This is not a coordination-only role - you will actively work across Machine Learning, Generative AI, LLMs, Agent AI, and emerging agentic systems, while also mentoring and leading the AI team.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor the AI/ML team while staying hands-on in development

- Work across the full AI stack: ML, Deep Learning, Generative AI, LLMs, Agent AI, and emerging technologies

- Design and implement robust models, agent-based systems, and multi-step reasoning pipelines

- Build, fine-tune, and deploy AI solutions for real-world enterprise use cases

- Drive experimentation and translate research into scalable production systems

- Take end-to-end ownership - from ideation to deployment and continuous improvement

What we're looking for :

- Strong hands-on experience in modern AI technologies including Machine Learning & Deep Learning

- Expertise in Generative AI and Large Language Models

- Experience with Agent AI and agentic workflows (planning, tool usage, memory, orchestration)

- Solid foundation in mathematics (linear algebra, probability, statistics, optimization)

- Proven experience in leading teams while actively building AI systems

- Track record of taking AI solutions from prototype to production

- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and adapt to evolving AI technologies

- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to independently drive outcomes
