Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning Engineer - Python/LLM

Position Overview :

We are looking for a highly motivated AI/ML Engineer with 36 years of industry experience to join our product development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Python, solid experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch, and exposure to Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT, LLaMA, etc. Youll work on building scalable AI solutions, contributing to innovative NLP and deep learning projects that power next-gen products.

Key Responsibilities :

- Build and fine-tune models using TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.

- Apply Large Language Models (LLMs) to build and optimize NLP-based services.

- Preprocess large datasets, engineer features, and evaluate model performance.

- Collaborate with senior engineers to productize ML models into scalable services.

- Participate in end-to-end ML workflows from data ingestion to model deployment.

Required Qualifications & Skills :

- Proficiency in Python, especially for ML development.

- Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks.

- Exposure to LLMs such as GPT, LLaMA, BERT, etc., and understanding of transformer architectures.

- Experience working on NLP tasks like text classification, summarization, Q&A, or chatbots.

- Understanding of neural networks, deep learning concepts, and model evaluation techniques.

- Familiarity with MongoDB and other NoSQL/SQL databases.

- Experience with version control (Git), containerization (Docker), and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in Agile/Scrum teams.
