Job Overview :

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated AI/ML Engineer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying machine learning and deep learning models.

You should be well-versed in data preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and deployment in production environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement machine learning models for real-world applications.

- Work on data preprocessing, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis.

- Develop, train, test, and optimize supervised and unsupervised ML algorithms.

- Build and deploy ML models into production using tools like Docker, Flask/FastAPI, etc.

- Collaborate with data engineers, product managers, and software developers.

- Conduct model performance monitoring, A/B testing, and retraining as needed.

- Research and apply the latest ML/AI techniques to improve existing solutions.

Required Skills :

- Proficiency in Python and libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch.

- Should have expertise in LLM and Langchain.

- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, model evaluation, and tuning.

- Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Time Series Forecasting.

- Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistics.

- Experience with RESTful API development for ML model serving.

- Familiarity with tools like Jupyter, Git, and MLflow.
