Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning Engineer - Python

Job Description :

- Design, develop, and implement AI/ML models and algorithms.

- Build Proof of Concept (POC) applications to demonstrate feasibility and business value.

- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.

- Collaborate with data engineers to ensure data quality for training and evaluation.

- Work with senior team members to understand requirements and contribute to technical solutions.

- Troubleshoot and debug AI/ML models and applications.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest AI/ML advancements.

- Develop models using TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.

- Deploy AI solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

- Perform data preprocessing and feature engineering using Pandas, NumPy, etc.

- Use Vertex AI for training, deployment, and model lifecycle management.

- Integrate and leverage Google Gemini for specialized AI functionalities.

Requirements :

- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with frameworks such as LangChain, Transformers, Ray, or similar.

- Experience building production systems using LLMs (RAG, agentic workflows, orchestration, tool use, etc).

- Exceptional communication skills and a proven ability to present complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.

- Experience in client-facing roles or pre-sales technical advisory.
