Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning Engineer - Python

About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced and innovative AI/ML Engineer with deep expertise in OCR, image processing, OpenCV, computer vision, generative AI, and Large Language Models (LLMs).

The ideal candidate is passionate about solving real-world problems using advanced AI/ML solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, implement, and optimize OCR algorithms to extract text from images and documents.

- Design and implement advanced image processing techniques to enhance image quality and extract meaningful information.

- Utilize OpenCV and other relevant libraries to develop computer vision applications.

- Create and deploy computer vision models for various applications, such as object detection, image segmentation, and facial recognition.

- Develop generative AI models to create synthetic data, enhance images, and support creative applications.

- Work with LLMs to build and improve natural language processing (NLP) applications, including text generation, summarization, and translation.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver AI/ML solutions that meet business needs.

- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and integrate them into existing projects.

- Conduct research and experiments to develop innovative AI/ML solutions and improve existing models.

- Document and present findings, progress, and results to stakeholders and team members.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

- PhD is a plus.

- Proven experience as an AI/ML Engineer or similar role.

- Strong expertise in OCR, image processing, and computer vision.

- Proficiency in OpenCV and other relevant image processing libraries.

- Experience with generative AI techniques and models.

- Familiarity with LLMs and NLP applications.

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java.

- Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure is a plus.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with deep learning frameworks.

- Knowledge of data augmentation techniques.

- Familiarity with GPU programming and optimization.

- Experience with real-time image processing and computer vision applications.

- Understanding of ethical AI practices and data privacy considerations.
