Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning Engineer - Natural Language Processing

Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy advanced AI/ML solutions, including cutting-edge Agentic AI and Generative AI (GenAI) applications.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable, production-ready AI systems that drive business impact.

Key Responsibilities :

- Build and deploy machine learning and deep learning models for a variety of use-cases.

- Design and implement Agentic AI architectures to enable autonomous, goal-driven agents.

- Develop and fine-tune Generative AI solutions (LLMs, diffusion models, prompt engineering).

- Work with large datasets for data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model optimization.

- Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to integrate AI models into production.

- Monitor model performance and continually improve accuracy, scalability, and efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong experience with LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face) and Generative AI frameworks.

- Hands-on experience in Agentic AI frameworks/workflows.

- Proficiency in Python and popular ML/AI libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, LangChain, etc.).

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).

- Strong understanding of data engineering concepts and MLOps practices.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaborative skills.
