Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced AIML Engineer who is skilled in designing, developing, and deploying Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and NLP models across diverse domains. The ideal candidate should have deep technical expertise in ML engineering, Python programming, model optimization, and production deployment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and NLP models for various business use cases.

- Engineer ML pipelines end-to-end, including data preprocessing, model building, evaluation, and tuning.

- Improve model performance using feature engineering, feature selection, hyperparameter tuning, and data augmentation.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect requirements and drive AI solutions.

- Deploy ML models to production systems and ensure scalability, reliability, and monitoring.

- Research and experiment with new ML techniques, algorithms, and tools to enhance solution quality.

- Document model architecture, performance metrics, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 514 years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and NLP.

- Strong proficiency in Python and ML libraries like scikit-learn, XGBoost, Keras, TensorFlow, PyTorch (any of these).

- Proven track record of improving model accuracy through:

- Feature engineering

- Feature selection

- Data augmentation

- Algorithm optimization

- Strong expertise in deploying ML models to production, including:

- REST APIs

- Containerization (Docker)

- Model serving frameworks

- Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
