Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning Engineer - LLM Model

Experience : 6+ years.

Location : Pune/New Delhi.

Responsibilities :

- Design, build, and deploy AI/ML models for classification, prediction, recommendation, and optimization.

- Develop REST APIs for ML models using Flask/FastAPI with high-performance, secure design.

- Work with Generative AI (LLMs, diffusion models, transformers) and Agentic AI frameworks to build autonomous systems.

- Fine-tune and optimize LLMs for domain-specific use cases.

- Manage model versioning, monitoring, scaling, and integration with APIs, databases, and enterprise systems.

- Ensure model performance, scalability, and security.

- Research, prototype, and productionize advanced AI techniques.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable AI-driven solutions.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 46 years of hands-on AI/ML engineering experience.

- Strong Python skills (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow).

- Expertise in Generative AI, Agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGPT, etc.), and vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Milvus).

- Solid knowledge of NLP, embeddings, and ML lifecycle.

- Experience in REST API development, Docker/Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).

- Proficiency in prompt engineering, RAG, and model fine-tuning.

- Strong problem-solving and optimization skills.
